I couldn’t be happier with the Genesis E-310. Quality of construction is good and this grill should last a long time if looked after. Cooking with this grill is a treat, the flavorizer bars really help to stop any flare ups. Temperature control is also very impressive, I’ve cooked chicken, sausages and even pizza and bread on the grill, all with excellent results. After putting this thing together and using it a few times, I can confirm you do get what you pay for. The build quality is sublime, all components are solid we constructed and the trays design makes it easy to clean. Webers customer support is also top notch, I called them on Sunday afternoon and was talking to live person in about 3 minutes. He sorted my problem and also gave me plenty of useful information.
